RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Product Return Requirements

You can return a product within 15 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Labels and tags must remain intact. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items will not be accepted.

Procedure for Requesting a Refund

Requests for returns must be sent to the following email address sales@rivoltalingerie.com and must include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • The full name of the person who paid (if different from yours)
  • Your email address
  • The email address of the payment account (if different from the previous email, for example, if you paid with PayPal and your PayPal email is different from your other email address, or if someone else paid for you)
  • Your contact telephone number
  • The date of your payment
  • The purchase you made for which you want a refund
  • The amount of the refund requested.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail it to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Time to Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will initiate the process of refunding your money.

You must remember that we do not control the processing time of the other financial entities such as Paypal, banks, and credit cards. Once we have initiated the process of refunding your money, it may take a few days to finalize.

Refund Method

If you paid with Paypal, we will process the refund through Paypal. If you paid through a credit card, we will reverse the charge to your credit card.

Shipping costs of the original purchase are borne by the buyer and are non-refundable.

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations after your order is placed as orders are processed immediately after receiving them. However, you will be able to return the product and get a refund as stated in this policy.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Sale Items

All sale and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
